The Vacancy
Here at NCHA, we are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive Supported Living Team in Worksop.
You will support adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing every day.

The Service
Our Worksop service consists of five supported living homes, providing person-centred support to adults with a range of needs. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, supporting individuals to develop and maintain independent living skills while promoting positive outcomes, safety and wellbeing.
Every person we support has an individual support plan tailored to their specific needs, making every day varied, rewarding and meaningful.
