🤝 The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll:

  • Support residents with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Help individuals access the community and leisure activities
  • Assist with appointments, shopping, finances, and medication
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Manage challenging behaviours with resilience and empathy

 

🏡 About the Service:

You’ll work across five supported homes in Worksop, providing 24/7 care in a safe, person-centred environment.

 

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Caring, adaptable & resilient individuals
  • Great communication & teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to improving lives
  • Ability to manage challenging situations safely
  • Experience in care (Support Worker, HCA, etc.) is a bonus
  • Full UK driving licence required, unless disability precludes this. 

 

⏰ Shifts & Pay:

  • Shifts: Early (7am–2:30pm), Late (2:30pm–10pm), Sleep-ins
  • Includes weekends & bank holidays
  • Extra pay for sleep-ins & waking nights
