Where you’ll be working
Bridge Street is a short‑term supported housing service where adults can stay for up to 12 months while building the confidence and skills needed for independent living. We also provide up to 8 weeks of transitional support as people move into their own homes in the community.
This is a place where every conversation, every intervention and every small step can help someone regain control of their wellbeing and future.
What you’ll be doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people stabilise, grow and thrive. Your day could include:
What you’ll have…
You don’t need a long list of qualifications, what matters most is who you are and how you work with people. The ideal person will have:
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the location.
Working hours
This role involves shift work, not standard 9–5 hours. Rotas include:
across weekdays and weekends.
