Join Our Responsive Repairs Team as a Team Manager!

 

Are you passionate about providing quality repairs services to customers? We're seeking two dynamic individuals to lead our teams in either Nottinghamshire or Leicestershire.

 

We’ve launched our in-house repairs service this month, dedicated to delivering top-notch repairs solutions to our valued customers.

 

As the Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a team of multi-skilled trades, for either the North (Nottinghamshire) or South (Leicestershire). Your duties will include recruiting, inducting, and managing performance. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in procurement processes and service development to ensure continuous improvement.

 

Working Hours:

The role is Monday – Friday, 37 Hours per week.

 

Ideal Candidate:

We're seeking an individual with a solid understanding of building maintenance issues, familiarity with resolving complaints, and recent experience in social housing environments or with a Registered Provider. Your expertise and leadership will drive our team to success. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced and changing commercial environment with a focus on excellent customer service, value for money and productivity.
