About the role
We're looking for a passionate Health and Safety Advisor who wants to do more than tick boxes but help shape safer homes, stronger communities and better outcomes for the people we serve.
As a key part of our Corporate Health & Safety team, you'll be more than a technical expert – you'll be a trusted partner, influencer and champion for positive change. Working across a diverse organisation, including housing, property and care and support services, you'll help influence and embed a culture where safety is valued, understood and owned by everyone
You’ll contribute to the delivery of the Corporate Health & Safety Strategy, helping to embed a positive safety culture and ensure effective risk management across a wide range of services, including housing and care and support environments.
As part of the role, you’ll:
Qualifications
A minimum of NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent recognised Level 3 health and safety qualification with a Technical membership of IOSH (TechIOSH)
About you
We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice, who can communicate effectively and influence positive behaviours. You will be well organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and have experience supporting risk management, audits or compliance activities.
You will also be confident using systems and data to monitor performance and support reporting, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

This is a permanent, full-time role where you will work on a hybrid basis between home and our new office in Clifton, Nottingham. The post holder will be expected to travel across Group locations; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are therefore required (reasonable adjustments will be considered).
