The Vacancy
We’re expanding our Repairs and Maintenance and Voids teams and are looking for experienced, qualified Multi Skilled Joiners to join us. If you enjoy a varied, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance work in both occupied and empty homes across the East Midlands. Tasks can include everyday repairs such as fixing windows, doors and kitchen fittings, as well as more involved work like subfloor replacements and kitchen refits.
You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high‑quality repairs with a strong focus on customer service and getting the job done right first time.

We also have a specialist role working in properties where residents have additional care or support needs. This is a rewarding position suited to someone who has experience working with or supporting vulnerable people, communicates sensitively and respectfully and understands safeguarding as well as the importance of clear professional boundaries.
