Are you looking for a varied administrative role within a welcoming and values‑led organisation? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Property Services team, supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of essential services that help ensure our customers receive timely, high‑quality repairs and support.

About the role

As part of our Asset Management Team, you’ll provide a reliable and comprehensive administration service to assist the operational delivery of Property Services. This includes helping our teams who manage repairs, maintenance, disrepairs, decants, and insurance‑related activities.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of administrative duties, such as:

  • Recording and updating information across our internal systems, including DMC, disrepairs, insurance and decant cases
  • Speaking with customers, gathering feedback, and helping with general enquiries
  • Scanning, filing and responding to emails within service standards, ensuring all communication is handled confidentially
  • Making appointments and updating diary notes
  • Maintaining accurate case files and records
  • Producing standard letters and documents when required
  • Processing requisitions, orders and invoices using our internal systems
  • Generating reports for coordinators and managers
  • Providing general reception and administrative support to the wider team

Accuracy, organisation and good communication are key to success in this role, and you’ll be working within a friendly, supportive environment where your contribution makes a real difference.

About you

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • Experience providing administrative support in an office environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • A positive, team‑focused attitude and a willingness to learn

Knowledge of DMC, Disrepair, Decant and Property Insurance processes would be an advantage, but training will be provided.

Hours of work

35 Hours Monday – Friday, typically 9am – 5pm but with a flexible and hybrid approach.
