About the team

 

Our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team business partner with all departments within NCHA and provide a variety of learning & development interventions including: day to day training, eLearning, leadership development for managers, coaching and bespoke L&D requests.

 

The Role

 

As a Learning Administrative Assistant you will be the first point of contact for the Learning and Organisational Development Team.  You will be the main contact point for the team and you will manage the training mailbox, so customer care is very important.

 

You will provide the team with a range of business support tasks, including updating our HR system, allocating e-learning, maintaining accurate records, ordering equipment and preparing handouts/course documents.

 

Supporting the learning and development advisors with session delivery and facilitation could also become an integral part of the role should the successful candidate wish to develop in this area.

 

This role is for 35 hours working Monday – Friday. Although we are currently based at Sherwood Rise in Nottingham, our offices will be moving to Clifton from September 2024.
